A Study to Investigate the Safety and Efficacy of GSK4532990 Compared With Placebo in Adult Participants Aged 18 to 70 Years With Alcohol-related Liver Disease (ALD) 
 
The STARLIGHT Study is testing a study drug to see if it can reduce the harmful effects of alcohol on the liver in adults with ALD. Researchers want to see if the study drug can improve ALD and if it’s safe and well-tolerated. If you or a loved one is living with alcohol-related liver disease (ALD), the STARLIGHT Study may be of interest to you.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Are 18 to 70 years of age.
  • There is a history of alcohol consumption compatible with alcohol-related liver disease.

  • Additional study criteria apply.

All study participants will receive the assigned study treatment, study-related medical exams, and study-related laboratory tests at no cost. Travel assistance may be available.
